# Compliance

> DPDP, GDPR policy, ISO 27001, on-prem residency.

On-prem is the control: personal data need not leave the customer’s premises.

| --------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| DPDP 2023 | Customer is fiduciary for their users. MWire is a processor only if data is sent to our box. |
| GDPR      | Policy applies if EU personal data is processed. There is no “GDPR certificate” badge.       |
| ISO 27001 | Information-security management. Confirm current certificate scope and entity on request.    |
| DMDC      | Listed for buyers who need it. Details on the license pack.                                  |

No SOC 2 or HIPAA badge on this site.

Voice and corpus consent: community speech and TTS speakers are covered in the license pack, not by a generic open-source waiver.
